Jordan Forde has diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Since 2023, they have been working as the Workers of Colour VP at the Canadian Labour Congress - Congrès du travail du Canada. Prior to this, they served as an Executive Officer at the Canadian Union of Postal Workers starting in 2020. Jordan was also a Union Representative at Canada Post / Postes Canada for a decade from 2011 onwards. In addition, they worked as an Independent Associate for LegalShield Official starting in 2015. Jordan's earlier experience includes being a Security Officer at Paladin Security Group Ltd in 2014, as well as serving in various positions at the University of Waterloo from 2013 to 2015, including Campus Recreation Referee and Front Desk Assistant.

Jordan Forde began their education in 2003 at Turner Fenton Secondary School, where they completed the Extended French Program until 2007. Afterward, from 2009 to 2011, Jordan attended Sheridan College and obtained a degree in Police Foundations, specializing in Criminal Justice/Police Science. In 2011, Jordan enrolled at the University of Waterloo, majoring in Law, and completed their studies there in 2015. Following this, in 2015, Jordan pursued a French Language Certification at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. Additionally, Jordan holds a certification in First Aid from St. John's Ambulance.
