Katia El-Mokdad is an experienced political organizer and communications professional with a strong background in digital mobilization and outreach. Currently serving as a Digital Organizer for the Canadian Labour Congress since October 2021, Katia previously held roles such as Director of Rise on Boards at Fora: Network for Change and Digital Mobilization Lead for the New Democratic Party of Canada. Katia's early career includes positions as National Organizer and Outreach Coordinator with Progress Toronto, as well as a Public Affairs Intern with the U.S. Department of State. Katia holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Toronto, obtained in 2020.
