Lily Chang is an experienced leader in labor and community services, currently serving as Secretary-Treasurer at the Canadian Labour Congress and holding multiple board positions with The Council of Canadians and United Way Centraide Canada. With a strong background in labor organization, Lily has been a worker member of the Governing Body for the International Labour Organization and held various leadership roles at CUPE Local 79, including Unit Executive Officer and Treasurer. Additionally, Lily has experience as an Executive Board Member with the Toronto & York Region Labour Council and as a caseworker with the City of Toronto. Educationally, Lily holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and has pursued studies at renowned institutions including Harvard Law School, the Rotman School of Management, and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
