Alan Arcand is the Chief Economist at Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters since November 2019. Prior to this, Alan held various positions at The Conference Board of Canada for almost two decades, with the latest being Associate Director. Alan holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Economics from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Windsor.
