Carrie Schroeder has extensive experience in operations management, having served as the Director of Operations at Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters from February 2010 to June 2024, during which time also held the role of Lean Coordinator. Prior to this, Carrie worked as the Operations Manager at Midland Manufacturing from January 1990 to February 2010. Educational qualifications include studies at RRC Polytech and the University of Manitoba.
