John Rodic

John Rodic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, particularly in the manufacturing and education sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager at Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters since September 2018, John also co-founded The Azimuth Approach, focusing on learning and development needs. Prior roles include Project Manager for the Safe Youth initiative at Canadian Manufacturing & Exporters and a Learning Advisor at Suncor Energy. With a strong foundation in adult learning principles, John has held positions in learning and development at Arcelor/Mittal - Dofasco, including roles as Learning & Development Specialist and Quality Coordinator. John is an alumnus of Mohawk College, where education was pursued in multiple disciplines.
