Gerry Schaad is an experienced millwright currently engaged with Riteway Mechanical LTD and Canadian Maritime Engineering Ltd. since October 2021 and April 2021, respectively, while also providing services to multiple companies on a first call basis. Gerry has a diverse background in mill shutdown maintenance with Cobalt Group, ongoing maintenance with Uplands Sand & Gravel and Westrock Inc., and extensive experience since November 2017 with West Coast Pre Fab Limited. Prior experience includes a role as Shift Supervisor and Millwright at CR Fibre, focusing on safety and preventative maintenance. Gerry holds a Red Seal Journeyman Millwright degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
