Natalie D.

Natalie D. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Natalie is currently working as the Director of People Services at the Canadian Medical Association. Prior to this, they worked at the Medical Council of Canada where they held the roles of Acting Director of Human Resources and Manager of Human Resources. Natalie also worked at the Bank of Canada as part of the Organizational Development team for the HR Modernization Project. Earlier in their career, Natalie held positions at the Champlain Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) as the Manager of Organizational Development and Manager of Talent and HR Programs. Natalie started their career as a Human Resources Business Partner at Mxi Technologies and later joined Intermap Technologies as a Human Resources Representative for Canada.

Natalie D. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Carleton University. Natalie also has a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources from Cambrian College and a General Arts Diploma with a concentration in Communications from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology. Natalie has obtained additional certifications such as Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) from HRPA, Change Practitioner from Prosci, LGBT+ Workplace Inclusion Certificate from Pride at Work Canada, and Mental Health First Aid from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
