Michael Schroeder CPA, CGA has over 20 years of work experience in various financial roles. Michael is currently serving as the CFO and Vice President, Internal Services at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at New Directions for Children, Youth, Adults and Families Inc. where they held the position of Chief Financial Officer from November 2018 to June 2022. Before that, they worked as the Manager of Financial Reporting from September 2011 to November 2018, and as a Financial Analyst from January 2008 to September 2011. Michael's earlier experience includes roles at Motor Coach Industries - Reliability Driven, where they served as an Inventory and Cost Control Analyst from March 2005 to January 2008, and as a General Accountant from March 2002 to March 2005.
