Peter Sarmiento

Peter Sarmiento has extensive experience in training and management roles within the Canadian National Exhibition, serving as Lead Trainer & Casino Shift Manager since August 1993, overseeing casino operations and managing staff according to business demands. Additionally, Peter has held the position of Sr Pit Manager, responsible for monitoring casino floor operations and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations. Since March 2011, Peter has also worked at Symcor as an Intermediate Support Analyst II, assisting with escalations, high severity incidents, and employee training while facilitating quality reviews. Previously, Peter served as a Training Coordinator at Symcor, focusing on identifying training needs and coordinating vendor training. Furthermore, Peter has operated Sarmiento Contracting since January 2000, specializing in home renovations. Peter holds a certification as a Level 1 Training Generalist from Langevin Learning Services Inc. and has education from Seneca Polytechnic.
