Carmine Pietrangelo

Carmine Pietrangelo, Eng, PMP, currently serves as Senior Manager of Onboard, Network & Communication System Design within Operational Technology at CN, a position held since April 2018, where responsibilities include leading teams to implement onboard and Cloud-based technology solutions that align with corporate objectives. Previously, Carmine managed locomotive design projects at CN, overseeing complex initiatives across multiple teams and external suppliers. With prior experience as Project Manager at Bombardier and Program Manager at CS Communication and Systems Canada Inc., expertise in managing hardware and software development programs is evident. Carmine’s career includes significant roles at Alstom Transport, where project engineering, system validation, and technical leadership were emphasized, and a foundational position as a System Engineer at Nortel Networks.
