Cesar Perez

Cesar Perez is a highly experienced project management professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across several organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Project Management Consultant at CAP gestion de projet inc since June 2018 and as a Senior Controller at CN, Cesar has been involved in significant projects, including the Positive Train Control program. Prior experience includes roles at Desjardins, Banco Laurentienne, the National Bank of Canada, CGI, and SNC-Lavalin, focusing on project planning, financial performance optimization, and methodological support for project management. Cesar holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Andres Bello Catholic University and a Systems Engineer degree from Army Force University in Venezuela.
