Heidi McFall

Heidi McFall is an experienced legal professional with over three decades in the field. Currently serving as a Senior Paralegal in the Securities & Corporate department at CN since November 2002, Heidi McFall is responsible for securities filings related to insider trading, dividends, and annual compensation, along with managing the Delegation of Authority tracking system. Prior to this role, Heidi McFall worked as a Corporate Paralegal at Stikeman Elliott from 1995 to 2002, focusing on maintenance and transactional documentation for Quebec Provincial and CBCA corporations.
