James Serfas

James Serfas is an experienced professional with a strong background in engineering and management, currently serving as Senior Manager for Automated Inspection Solutions and Operational Technologies Business Process Management at CN since April 2018. Prior to this role, James held various leadership positions at Ericsson from 1995 to 2017, including Global Capacity Manager, Director of Service Delivery for Consulting and IoT Systems Integration, and Director of Engineering for Telecom Management.
