Jamie Walby

Jamie Walby is an experienced safety professional with a diverse background in health, safety, and environmental management. Currently serving as Facilities Safety Manager at CN since April 2018, Jamie has held various roles in safety, including Senior System Safety Specialist and Senior Field Health and Safety Specialist. Prior experience includes working as Health and Safety Manager at MPM Construction Services Ltd., Health, Safety and Environment Specialist at CAE, and Co Owner/Construction Manager at Renew Disaster Clean Up And Restoration. Jamie began a career at Vale, taking on multiple roles including Superintendent and Safety Coordinator over a 14-year tenure. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health from the University of New Brunswick and the National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation from the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association.
