Marita Jane Laxa

Marita Jane Laxa is an experienced Learning & Development Specialist currently serving as the I&T, OCM Training Lead at CN since October 2023, where responsibilities include developing and implementing technical training strategies for the Elevate Business Transformation Program. Prior to CN, Marita worked as an Instructional Designer at Lightspeed Commerce, focusing on scalable e-learning solutions. Marita has held various training roles across multiple organizations, including Sales Trainer & Learning Architect at OneSpan, Training Specialist at The Minacs Group, and Lead Trainer at ACN, among others. With a Bachelor of Applied Human Sciences from Concordia University and a Diploma of Collegial Studies in Computer Science from Champlain College Saint-Lambert, Marita possesses a strong foundation in human relations and technical training development.
