Patrick Crain

Patrick Crain is an accomplished labor relations and human resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Labor Relations at CN since October 2021, Crain oversees labor relations for Operations employees in U.S. operations. Prior to this role, Crain was a Labor Relations Manager at Videojet Technologies, where focus was placed on engagement and talent management. Crain's tenure at CN began in September 2007, during which time responsibilities included talent acquisition management and human resources support, covering an employee population of up to 8,000. Previous experience includes roles in HR and labor relations at MKD Electric, Bellagio, and the National Labor Relations Board. Crain holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor's Degree in History with a Spanish minor from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
