Rapik Saat

Rapik Saat currently serves as a Senior Manager at CN, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Rapik was the Director of Operations Analysis at the Association of American Railroads from April 2016 to September 2024. Additionally, Rapik worked as a Research Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from December 2010 to April 2016. Rapik holds a Bachelor's, Master's, and PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed between 1999 and 2009, as well as a Master of Science in Applied Economics from The Johns Hopkins University, which was earned from 2016 to 2018.
