Daniel Marazzo

Daniel Marazzo has extensive work experience in warehouse operations, parts management, and customer support. Daniel started their career in 2007 as a Parts Specialist at The Gear Centre Group, where they assisted customers over the phone and at the parts counter, and managed the workflow of the rebuild shop. In 2011, they joined Finning as a Parts Technician, completing their apprenticeship and assisting customers in identifying, ordering, tracking, and expediting replacement parts for Caterpillar equipment. Since 2016, Daniel has been with Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL), initially as a Warehouse Lead hand, responsible for creating duty rosters, training and mentoring staff, and promoting safety. Daniel is currently serving as the Lead of Warehouse Operations at CNRL, overseeing a team of 24 and managing large-scale projects and warehouse improvements.

Daniel Marazzo received a Bachelor of Management degree from Athabasca University Faculty of Business from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they attended NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) from 2012 to 2015, where they focused on Parts, Warehousing, and Inventory Management Operations. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has obtained various certifications, including "Managing Conflict: A Practical Guide to Resolution in the Workplace," "Speaking Confidently and Effectively," "Leading without Formal Authority," "Effective Listening," "Managing for Results," "the successful supervisor," "Site supervisor safety training," "Narrow Aisle Forklift Operator Safety Training," and "incident investigation for supervisor."
