Kaila Lewis

Kaila Lewis, P.Eng., is an experienced drilling engineer currently employed at Canadian Natural Resources Limited since May 2022. Previously, Kaila held various roles at National Oilwell Varco from 2013 to 2022, progressing from Regional Design Engineer to Drilling Solutions Engineer specialized in drill bits and downhole tools. Notable contributions include designing fixed cutter drill bits and optimizing drilling parameters for clients. Earlier experience includes field production and gas plant operations at Pengrowth Energy Corporation. Kaila holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta.
