Tammy Richards is an experienced healthcare professional with a career spanning over two decades in various roles related to health and wellness. Currently serving as a Health and Wellness Advisor at Canadian Natural Resources Limited since August 2021, Tammy previously held managerial positions in In-Patient Surgery at Alberta Health Services and Employee Health and Abilities at Covenant Health Canada. Prior experience includes contract Occupational Health services at Design Group Staffing Inc. and management roles at Health Tech Mobility Inc. and Syncrude Canada Ltd., focusing on disability and attendance management, health promotion, and employee wellness. Tammy began a nursing career at James Paton Memorial Hospital after earning a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Memorial University in Newfoundland and Labrador in 2001.
