Currently serving as the Albian Mine Operations Manager at Canadian Natural Resources Limited since June 2017, Tim has held various leadership roles, such as Albian Mine Manager and Mine Technical Manager. Prior to this, Tim worked at Shell in a similar capacity, enhancing engineering processes and managing mine engineering groups. At Suncor Energy, Tim contributed as Director of Business Process Support and Director of Maintenance Development, improving maintenance and reliability processes across multiple operations.
