Carolyn Mehdi

Carolyn Mehdi holds a Master's degree in Management Studies from Carleton University and a BA in Psychology from McGill University. With extensive experience in learning and development, Carolyn has been serving as the Manager of Learning and Development at Canadian North since May 2018. Previous roles include Senior Training Consultant and Instructional Designer at CAA North & East Ontario, where responsibilities involved managing training related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Carolyn's background also includes instructional design positions at Halogen Software and ownership of a virtual assistant company, Delegate Out, which supported small businesses. Additional experience encompasses roles in human resources, facilitation, and training across several organizations, including Bell Canada.
