Shelly De Caria

Shelly De Caria's work experience includes holding various leadership roles at Canadian North and First Air. Shelly started their career at First Air in 2013 as a Senior Manager of Community Relations and worked there until 2020. In 2020, they joined Canadian North as the Senior Director of Sales and Community Investments. Shelly later became the Associate Vice President of Sales and then Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Distribution. Currently, they are serving as the Interim President/CEO at Canadian North.

Shelly De Caria began their education at CEGEP - John Abbott College in 2003, where they completed a degree in Social Sciences in 2005. Following this, they enrolled at Concordia University from 2006 to 2008, studying History and Political Science.
