Training and Development Team

The Training and Development Team at Canadian North focuses on enhancing the skills and knowledge of its employees to ensure the highest standards of service and safety. The team includes a First Aid Instructor, a Flight Attendant and CRM Facilitator, and a Technical Writer, who collectively deliver first aid training, facilitate Crew Resource Management workshops, and develop comprehensive technical manuals and training materials for staff across the airline.
