Kaitlin Mitchell

Kaitlin Mitchell is a highly experienced security professional, currently serving as a Security Compliance Specialist at Canadian Nuclear Laboratories since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kaitlin held various positions within the Royal Canadian Mounted Police from April 2023 to September 2025, including Physical Security Consultant and Physical Security Advisor. Previously, Kaitlin was the National Manager of Security & Environment at Kuehne+Nagel and has held security roles with companies such as Paragon Security, G4S, GardaWorld, and Paladin Security Group Ltd. In addition to security expertise, Kaitlin has experience in customer service and teaching, having worked as a Learn to Skate Instructor and camp instructor with the City of Brampton. Kaitlin possesses a diploma in Investigations from Sheridan College, attained between 2018 and 2021.
