Lou oversees brand and reputation management, stakeholder relations, community investments, government relations, media relations, and internal and external communications.

Currently serving as Interim Vice-President, Business Development, Lou oversees commercial ventures, sales, and is responsible for revenue growth.

Lou has over 25 years of corporate, business development, and public affairs experience having worked at senior levels within the private sector, the Canadian federal government, at leading trade associations, and in a global public relations firm. He has an extensive domestic and international network.
