Cynthia Neilson, MA, PMP, is an experienced professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Acting Director of Transitions and Care at the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer since February 2021. Prior roles include Manager of Diagnosis and Clinical Care at the same organization, Team Lead for Primary Care and Cancer Screening at Ontario Health, and Team Lead for Program Integration at Cancer Care Ontario.
