Cynthia Neilson

Cynthia Neilson, MA, PMP, is an experienced professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Acting Director of Transitions and Care at the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer since February 2021. Prior roles include Manager of Diagnosis and Clinical Care at the same organization, Team Lead for Primary Care and Cancer Screening at Ontario Health, and Team Lead for Program Integration at Cancer Care Ontario. Additionally, Cynthia has held positions as Team Lead for Training and Knowledge Exchange and Health Promotion Specialist at the Program Training and Consultation Centre. Early career experience includes serving as a Knowledge Transfer Associate at the Institute for Work & Health. Cynthia holds a Project Management Professional certification from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Education from Western University, a Master's degree in Exercise Psychology from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Queen's University.
