Karim Kanji

Karim Kanji is an experienced board member and executive with a strong background in business law and finance. Currently serving as a board member for Comtrad Strategic Sourcing Inc. and Achieve One, and as Chairman of the Board for Combat Networks, PI Fine Art | PI Creative Art, and OES Inc., Karim Kanji also holds the position of Managing Director for North America at Ardenton Capital where responsibility includes overseeing the North American portfolio. Previous roles include Chairman and CEO at Xcentric Mold & Engineering and Operating Partner at The Riverside Company. Education includes a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, an Executive MBA from Duke University, and a Master of Business Administration from Royal Roads University, complemented by a CPA designation from CPA Canada.
