Claire Anderson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in administrative, Aboriginal, corporate, and constitutional law. Currently, Claire serves as Vice Chair at the Council of Canadian Administrative Tribunals since February 2021, while also chairing the Truth and Reconciliation Committee. Additionally, Claire has held the position of Commissioner for British Columbia and Yukon at the CRTC since August 2019 and serves as a Trust Protector for the Lanalxh (Prosperity) Trust since October 2016. Previously, Claire worked as an Associate Lawyer at Lackowicz & Hoffman from September 2014 to August 2019 and as a Special Project Coordinator for Reconciliation at Taku River Tlingit First Nation in 2010. Claire holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Administrative Law from the University of British Columbia, completed in April 2013.
