Manager Competitive Dispute Resolution Policy at CRTC

Imen Arfaoui ENG, M. Sc, PhD, has extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly at the CRTC since August 2008, where current roles include Manager of Competitive Dispute Resolution Policy, Senior Advisor and Chief of Staff, and Senior Enforcement Officer. Imen Arfaoui has led strategic projects such as the deployment of STIR-SHAKEN in Canada and the establishment of an industry-wide call traceback process. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Telecom Analyst, contributing to significant initiatives like the NG 911 enquiry and the Northwestel Modernization Plan. Earlier academic work as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Université Laval followed completion of a PhD in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, along with a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Université de Sherbrooke and SUP'COM, respectively.
