John Fernandez possesses extensive experience in the field of communications and policy analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in the Broadband Fund and previously in various senior analyst roles at CRTC since March 2014, John has developed a deep understanding of radio policy and applications, as well as strategic policy and international affairs. Prior to this, John contributed as a Graduate Assistant at York University and as a Student Research Officer at Canadian Heritage. John holds a Master of Arts in Communication & Culture from the Joint Graduate Program at Toronto Metropolitan University and York University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Communication Studies from Carleton University.
