Joyce MacKenzie

Joyce Mackenzie is an experienced professional in economic development and program management, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at the CRTC since April 2023. Prior to this role, Joyce held positions including Business Development Officer at the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario, where responsibilities included managing funding programs and client outreach to support high-growth firms. Joyce also contributed as a Senior Program Advisor in the Ontario Ministry of Economic Development, focusing on site selection for significant investments, and as a Senior Business Consultant in various ministries, leading initiatives to enhance business resources and support youth entrepreneurship. Educational qualifications include an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Digital Enterprise Management from the University of Toronto and a Certificate in Digital Communications from Sheridan College.
