Justin Ngan

Justin Ngan is an experienced data analyst and geomatics specialist with a diverse background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and information technology. Currently serving as a Data Analyst and GIS Specialist at CRTC since January 2021, Justin has previously held significant roles such as GIS Manager at the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, where responsibilities included developing enterprise GIS strategies and enhancing spatial data access. Justin’s experience also encompasses IT management and advisory services with the City of Edmonton, along with multiple analytical and managerial positions at the University of Toronto and TD Canada Trust. Justin Ngan holds a Master's degree in Geography and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Toronto.
