Leila Wright

Leila Wright is a legal professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and digital enforcement. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Telecommunications at CRTC, Leila has held various leadership positions at the Competition Bureau Canada, including Deputy Commissioner of the Digital Enforcement and Intelligence Branch, Associate Deputy Commissioner for Policy, Planning & Advocacy, and A/Assistant Deputy Commissioner for International Affairs. Leila began a legal career as a lawyer in the Litigation and Competition Law Group at Heenan Blaikie. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Studies from Queen's University.
