Kelsey Lemon

Kelsey Lemon is an accomplished professional in the humanitarian sector, currently serving as Vice President of International Cooperation and Programs at the Canadian Red Cross since January 2016. Kelsey has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Global Programs and Senior Manager of Localisation in international operations, focusing on partnership, capacity strengthening, and locally-led humanitarian actions. Previous positions include Senior Manager of Advisors in technical advisory services and National Societies Development and Partnership Advisor. Prior to joining the Canadian Red Cross, Kelsey was the Director of Corporate & Community Engagement at CARE Canada and served as Director of International Partnerships at SOS Children's Villages Canada for over a decade. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Carleton University and two Master of Arts degrees from the University of Ottawa and Saint Paul University.
