Andrea Wishart has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Andrea has worked as a Journal Development Specialist at Canadian Science Publishing since 2023. Prior to that, they were a Member of the Board of Directors and Co-Founder/Student Organizer at Support Our Science from 2022 to 2023. Andrea also worked as a Graduate Student Assistant at the University of Saskatchewan from 2022 to 2022. Andrea was a Student & Postdoctoral Councilor at the Canadian Society for Ecology & Evolution (CSEE) from 2020 to 2022. Andrea has also worked at the University of Saskatchewan as a Sessional Lecturer, Research Intern, and Student Body President from 2019 to 2022. Andrea Wishart has an extensive education history in the field of biology and zoology. They started their education at Western University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with an Honors Specialization in Biology and a Minor in Art History and Criticism.
