Aniruddho Chokroborty-Hoque has an extensive education history. Aniruddho obtained their Ph.D in Genetics, Behavior, and Neuroscience from Western University, where they were enrolled from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Microbial Ecology and Evolution at the same institution from 2008 to 2011.

Before joining Western University, Aniruddho served as a Research Fellow in Molecular Biology at Jawaharlal Nehru University from 2007 to 2008.
