David Fountain

David Fountain is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in information technology and engineering. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at the Canadian Securities Administrators since January 2015, David previously held the same title at the Ontario Securities Commission from November 2006 to March 2015, where contributions included leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement as a member of the Executive Management Team. David's career also includes significant roles such as Chief Technology Officer at Gowling Lafleur Henderson and various engineering positions at firms like Earth Tech Inc. and Delcan Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed stormwater management and engineering infrastructure. David holds a B.A.Sc. in Engineering and has completed post-graduate studies at the University of Toronto.
