Grant Vingoe, ICD.D, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) since August 2015, where Vingoe is the first individual to hold this position and is also a board member. Under Vingoe’s leadership, the OSC has undergone significant changes, including the establishment of the Capital Markets Tribunal. Vingoe holds multiple leadership positions within the Canadian regulatory landscape, including Chair of the Policy Coordination Committee and the Joint Regulators Committee for the Canadian Securities Administrators, and is a Board Member of the International Organization of Securities Commissions.
