Roger Wetherall has extensive experience in quality assurance and customer support, currently serving as the QA Manager and Customer Support at Durham Instruments since September 1993. In this role, Roger oversees all aspects of customer service and is the Quality Assurance Program Manager for ISO 2001-2015. Additionally, Roger volunteers with the Canadian Ski Patrol as a First Aid and Rescue Instructor/Trainer/Examiner in the Kawartha Zone since September 1985, providing advanced first aid services and training. Prior to Durham Instruments, Roger held the position of Service Manager/Technical Applications at Smart Controls Ltd. from October 1974 to September 1993, where responsibilities included managing customer service and technical sales. Roger holds a degree in Instrumentation/Industrial Electronics from Kingston College, completed between 1961 and 1966.
