Amala Ezenwa

Amala Ezenwa, M.S., SHRM-CP, is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in managing global compensation strategies. Currently serving as the Global Compensation Manager at Canadian Solar Inc. since September 2021, Amala oversees the global annual merit cycle and has successfully established salary structures for various regions, including South Africa and the USA. Previously, Amala held significant roles at SNC-Lavalin as a Senior Compensation Advisor and Compensation Analyst, demonstrating expertise in compensation program design, job evaluations, and global salary surveys. Earlier career experience includes work at Bristow Group and PDHengineer, where Amala contributed to various HR initiatives and compensation-related projects. Amala holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management from Barry University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University.
