Alexander Koujelev

Alexander Koujelev is a seasoned professional in the field of optical engineering, currently serving as Sr. Lead for Optical Sensors at the Canadian Space Agency since September 2005. Prior to this role, Alexander worked as the LEO Optical Engineering Lead, providing consultancy for the LEO Constellation/LightSpeed project at Telesat Canada from June 2020 to January 2022. Alexander holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physics from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod named after N.I. Lobachevsky, where studies were completed between 1995 and 1998.
