Aviva Greenstein

Aviva Greenstein is an experienced professional in leadership and organizational development, currently serving as Manager of Leadership and Organizational Development at Canadian Tire Corporation since March 2011. Previously, Aviva held roles including Manager of Dealer Recruitment & Selection and Senior Leadership Consultant at the same company. Prior experience includes work as an Organizational Development and Performance Consultant at Toronto Hydro from May 2007 to June 2010 and as a Management Consultant at SHL Canada Inc. from May 1998 to May 2007. Aviva holds a Master of Applied Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Waterloo and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University.
