Devin Hryhoruk

Devin Hryhoruk is an experienced professional in retail operations and leadership development, currently serving as Associate Vice President of Operations Process and Retail Learning and Development at Canadian Tire Corporation since October 2018. Devin oversees the Retail Learning & Leadership Development for a chain of 350 stores, focusing on modernizing store operations through digital enablement and enhancing customer experiences. Notable achievements include the successful rollout of RFID technology across all stores and the establishment of standardized operating systems that improve service quality for customers while streamlining employee work processes.
