George Nassar is an experienced professional in the fields of AI, data governance, and analytics, currently serving as AVP of Enterprise AI & Data Governance at Canadian Tire Corporation since November 2024. Prior roles include Director of Enterprise AI & Data Governance at GreenShield and Senior Manager positions at TD and TD Securities, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of governance programs and analytics strategies. Nassar has also contributed as a board member for the South Island Prosperity Project and Broadmead Care Society. With a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from Bishop's University, Nassar has a proven track record of enhancing data management, governance, and strategic initiatives across various organizations in both leadership and collaborative roles.
