Maddy Hanson has over a decade of experience in brand design and systems at Canadian Tire Corporation, currently serving as the Associate Manager. Maddy's role involves interviewing clients and colleagues to enhance omni-channel alignment, resulting in the development of extensive brand guidelines and supporting assets. Previously, Maddy held positions including Lead Graphic Designer, where the creation and implementation of a new Brand Design System were led, and Senior Graphic Designer, focusing on omni-channel promotional creative strategies. Maddy’s earlier experience includes web design for dealer development and learning, along with a brief role as a UX Designer in Canadian Tire Innovations. Maddy holds an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design from Humber College, achieved between 2011 and 2014.
