Mary Filippelli FCPA, FCA is an accomplished independent corporate director and strategic advisor with extensive experience in financial services and governance. Currently, Mary serves as Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Governance and Conduct Review Committee at Canadian Western Bank, as well as on the Audit Committee and Generation Oversight Committee at Ontario Power Generation. Additionally, Mary is a Strategic Advisor at STS Capital Partners and a Senior Executive Advisor at Deloitte Canada, where strategic advisory services are provided to the Chair and CEO. Mary's previous roles include Vice Chair and Managing Partner of Client Experience Strategy at Deloitte Canada, Group Audit Director at Lloyds Banking Group, and Partner at KPMG, where leadership was demonstrated across various financial service sectors. Mary holds qualifications from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and Ryerson University.
