Diana T.S. Pearson is an experienced professional in development operations and digital marketing, currently serving as Development Operations Manager and Leadership Giving Coordinator at Canal Alliance since February 2022, where responsibilities include research, data management, and program support for significant fundraising efforts. As an Independent Consultant since September 2016, Diana develops and executes digital marketing strategies for various brands, utilizing skills in data analysis, project management, and social media. Previous roles include being Country Manager for Bluecell Comunicación in Colombia, where Diana managed notable clients, and Metrics Manager at McCann Worldgroup, focusing on campaign performance analytics for major global brands. Diana holds degrees in strategic management in marketing, web design and development, and industrial engineering, complemented by an academic exchange experience at IMT Atlantique.
