Maikol Hernandez is a Retail Supervisor and Designated Key Holder at Columbia Sportswear Company, where responsibilities include KPI analytics, sales operations, team management, leadership, and merchandising since October 2018. Additionally, Maikol serves as a High School Tutor at Canal Alliance, focusing on developing intervention plans and organizing workshops to support first-generation high school students in pursuing college education. Previous experience includes an internship at HotelTonight, assisting with onboarding and creating manual shells for online bookings, and an internship at Urban Tilth, which involved agricultural workshops and community development. Maikol holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Berkeley City College, with prior education at the University of California, Merced.
